A Kansas City Question Of Priorities

Tracy Ward is the local leader of The Liberty Restoration Project and on Facebook yesterday she raised a ruckus by noting that the KCPD questioned her group before their weekend Body Scanner Protest but didn't seem to be on top of Plaza text messaging.

  1. A study by Alexandrov and fellow researchers at Los Alamos lab found that the radiation used in these body scanners has the ability to create bubbles in DNA
and interfere with gene expression and DNA replication in the body. Although these effects are supposed to be tiny, this is a VERY SCARY thing--that the government can cavalierly tamper with its citizens' DNA, even if in the interest of national security. And what about our children, who presumably start younger and have more lifetime exposure to this cumulative DNA damage than adults will have? The long term effects are not known. Frightening.

  2. We spend how much money on this Police Department ??? and they're more worried about a publicized scanner protest of about 20 people vs what happened at the Plaza ?????

  3. Perhaps she would get more attention if she posted a body scan image of herself... purely for science of course.

  4. She doesn't want attention for herself, dickwad.

  5. Just shows that conservatives are more scrutinized.
