So, the move to cut the legs out from Acting City Manager Troy Schulte was voted down just a few moments ago.
I'm giving credit not only AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS but also TKC CONTRIBUTOR PUCK!!
It was a contentious debate but in the end the move at political payback didn't hold up.
Terry Riley re-introduced the exact same ordinance at the very end of the council session, so it will come up again in a few weeks. It needs to be killed again. At-large councilpeople who voted for it (Curls, Jolly, Ford) had better vote to kill it the next time if they want to win re-election.
