NBC Action News reports on a website that names safest neighborhoods to live that strangely coincides with antique shopping opportunities.
Unless you get pulled over by one of their cops.

Same goes for Northmoor. A town without a stop light and one long street that's about a half mile long and somehow they need 10 cops.
Don't forget to pay off the judge there before you go to court.
