    Headline is inaccurate. There was no claim this guy was drinking or on drugs. In fact, the prosecutor argued that his lack of impairment made his crime worse. You ought to correct the title.

    the history is this is the same fucking judge that let mertensmeyer out after 3 months. he WAS drunk and left a man to die. this kid will also be out in 3 months.


    wtf kind of rationale is 'not impaired so it's worse?' so if i kill a guy sober it's worse than if i was drunk UNLESS i was drunk in which case it's worse cause i was drunk. having your cake and eating it too...
