He murdered his passenger in the car he was recklessly driving and nearly killed all the other people he was terrorizing on the highway before he rolled his SUV. He fathered all kinds of kids out of wedlock. Yeah, he's a real hero.
ReplyDeleteStop hatin on the man...Jared Allen was the last great one this town saw, and we let him go.....Derrick died a Chief, so F@CK YOU!
ReplyDeleteOh is it St. Derrick day AGAIN? Let's talk about someone who did GOOD and won an award for being a good man...Brian Waters.
ReplyDeleteI feel sorry for Thomas' kids; maybe he would have grown a pair of man sized balls and become a real man/father....but probably not.
7:57 is right...and it isn't 'hating on the man'...it's stating the facts. I hate the way this town idolizes someone like that.
Thomas didn't die a Chief.....he KILLED someone else and himself as a Chief. Some legacy
ReplyDeleteThe guy got paid to play football, he had charitable organizations just like every other NFL player.I don't give a sh@t what he did off field, on field he was a beast.
ReplyDeleteif he hadn't been so fucking stupid as to kill himself, et al, we coulda woulda shoulda had another chiefs superbowl run.
ReplyDeletebut light rail will fix all that. or else turning the KCPD over to the mayor's control will fix that. or perhaps wishing and praying really, really hard will fix that.
Don't forget his mother, seven children and 5 mothers sued GM, MAST ambulance, Liberty hospital etc. because her stupid meal ticket son was ejected, while speeding on ice covered roads, and killed his passenger. They blame everyone but him. Just be glad no other innocent travelers were killed that day.
ReplyDeleteWhat was the result of all those lawsuits?
