Nope, the post title doesn't refer to the latest Mary Sanchez column. Instead, The Star offers a tiny bit of multiculturalism today by citing Menudo as a hangover cure . . . This acknowledgment that Mexican cuisine is, in part, based on leftovers is a good way to think about coverage of the Latino community when it comes to the dead tree institution.
