TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! CORDISH SUES MISSOURI COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS!!!

Allegations of P&L District Discriminatory Dress Code enforcement in Kansas City have become such a hot mess that this cowtown's party district is declaring war on an organization dedicated to Human Rights.

That should go over well with anyone who has a soul . . . Or maybe not.

That's right, thanks to KICKASS TKC TIPSTERS this blog recently learned that . . .

CORDISH IS SUING THE MISSOURI COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS FOR GRANTING A FAMILY CLAIMING DISCRIMINATION THE RIGHT TO SUE!!!

Thanks to AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS readers of this blog can check out the language of the lawsuit for themselves.

The opening argument of the lawsuit seems rather lame and angry to me . . .
"Instead of doing their jobs prescribed by the statute and the MHRA's own regulations, however, the MCHR and the Executive Director have adopted a practice of simply "rubber-stamping" discrimination complaints as "received" and then immediately issuing right to sue letters without waiting the statutorily prescribed 180 days."
I'm not a lawyer but to me this seems petty and an attempt to "head off at the pass" any complaints of discrimination . . . To use an old term from some of my favorite cowboy movies.

In any event, this case of discrimination against high profile locals looks like it could be the impetus for discriminatory dress code fighting that will continue into the New Year. There are some big names involved in this P&L District lawsuit that are not only capable of seeing this thing through to the end but also won't cave to bullying or payoffs like so many other so-called leaders.

Like it or not, The P&L Dress Code Fight continues and thanks to TKC TIPSTERS readers of this blog are getting some of the most interesting developments first.

NATCH.

  1. Why can't KC deal with this issue once and for all?

  2. The "high profile" persons involved only fuel the stereotype of the DESPERATE,LITIGIOUS MINOROITIES just waiting for their chance to get paid.

  3. Why is a Stinson Attorney (Charles Hatfield) signing the petition for another Firm (Seyferth Blumenthal)? Curious to say the least.

  4. But I thought the Power and Light District was working with groups to fight discrimination! Isn't that what Alvin Brooks said.

  5. Hatfield is as absolutely corrupt and crooked as it gets. Since he is the Attorney General's best friend, and a good friend of the Governor I am sure he is going to pull every string he can.

However, I wouldn't want to be on the other side of Benson on this one. Despite being an opportunist, he is also a very clever lawyer.

  6. Well wait a minute. How can the family be suing for discrimination when by their own admission they wre allowed into another club owned by Cordish? The murder count is 109 mostly black males under 30 years of age.

  7. Let's march against the discriminaion of killing young black males and demand that some young white males be killed.

  8. Hatfield probably signed simply because the SBH attorney was unavailable. This is classic Cordish move to attack versus defend. Hatfield is very close with Koster. Inteersting to see how Nixon/Koster et al handle this.

  9. Well duh, Hatfield is signing because he is connected. Hatfield's friends = influence for Cordish.

  10. Conspiracy wing nuts...

Corrupt = someone who knows and works with an elected official

Welcome to the United States of America.

The comments here make conspiracy theorists look mainstream.

  11. Cordish will now apply one of its major principles. Scorched Earth - No Prisoners.

  12. The family will lose their case because they left mosaic after one person in their group was denied. Then they went to the Shark bar and were all allowed in with no problems. Both bars are owned by Cordish. The family were too quick to get media attention and money that they circulated that letter and published pictures over the internet that proves that they partied at the Shark bar with no problems. They will lose their case on the count of their own doing.

  13. Hey that website doesn't work just like excuses from Cordish.
