TKC broke the news on the opening of this place and now KMBC reports: "Police are investigating a shooting in the parking lot of Niecie's Restaurant."
TKC NOTE: While hearing about people getting shot isn't a good thing . . . There's something to be said for urban foodie explorers now gaining a modicum of street cred by taking their suburban friends to eat at the establishment.
