The Missouri Model Succeeds In Reducing The Rate Of Young Repeat Offenders

CNN profiles a bit of progress for the Show-Me State in the form of "The Missouri Model" which consists of small, therapeutic groups to treat juvenile offenders. A handful of other states are trying to replicate the effort and studies show only ten percent of Missouri's youth re-offend compared to a rate of more than double that in a few other states.
