KCPD Chief Corwin reminds us that fireworks for personal use aren't allowed in Kansas City Proper and ends with a rather cryptic money quote . . . Which is nice but I don't think I've ever seen happen in all of the obnoxious backyard, street level fireworks displays I've seen in this town. Also, so many neighborhoods in this town sound pretty much like a fireworks free for all so I'm not sure how widely the Chiefs blog is read.

We should make murder a ticketable offense in this city - then maybe KCPD would be interested. It's all about the $$$$$
NO fireworks!!!! but it's OK to kill niggers in this shithole.
cruise over to old northeast if you want to hear bombs going off non-stop.
if you don't want to drive around, then just park your butt at the intersection of st. john and van brunt. you should be able to look north and see the firefight.
