There's a lot of news coming out of the Precious Doe Memorial today . . . Sadly, the TV stations are just covering the PR aspect . . . But there's more to the story . . .
Here's one of the worst parts that I've covered before previously . . .
INITIALLY, THE ORGANIZERS DIDN'T INVITE ALONZO WASHINGTON - THE LOCAL ANTI-CRIME ACTIVIST WHO WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN SOLVING THE CASE!!!
Thankfully, there's a glimmer of hope . . .
ALONZO WASHINGTON REPORTS THAT LOCAL LAWYER TIM DOLLAR DID MENTION HIS ROLE IN THE CASE TO THE APPLAUSE OF THE CROWD!!!
This was really one of the most important events of the weekend in Kansas City and I'm glad that Mr. Washington was able to receive at least a little recognition.
