Capturing images of the Federal Reserve in Kansas City is prohibited: Infowars crew harassed and threatened with arrest!!!

A recent Youtube clip demonstrates that freedom doesn't exist in Kansas City.

A video crew taping stuff for Alex Jones was recently intimidated at Liberty Memorial for doing nothing more than turning their camera in the direction of the local branch of the Federal Reserve. The footage is actually a bit frightening and CLEARLY demonstrates that the these folks now run one of the most scenic parts of Kansas City and tourists, residents and neighbors face the threat of arrest for simply turning their camera South.

I'm not a conspiracy cabrón but I have to admit that these strong arm tactics don't seem justified . . . Also, if this strict policy should interfere with fully grown MILFs showing their boobs at ROCKFEST . . . Then we will have problems.

  1. That is absolutely rediculous. This country has gone mad.

  2. Odd, yes, but the security people were in no way "Nazis." (Do people realize what a terrible thing it is to call someone a Nazi?) I have mixed feelings--I recall the remains of people strewn about after Timoth McVeigh blew up the Murrah building.

  6. Not surprising. As a photographer I've had to deal with this crap on numerous occasions - involving government or corporate plutocrats trying to infringe upon my rights while I'm on public space.

    Good post, Tony.

  9. OK, you out there who can identify these "guards" need to do so. The public has the right to know who these people are. Also the "guards" need to know that if they violate people's freedoms that they will be exposed just like Timothy McVeigh.

  14. Hey Tony -

Have you noticed when you post something that actually shines some light on free people being silenced, you get more posts within an hour than you have on anything on this entire page in weeks?

Think it over. If you actually tapped into what people really care about - you could do some good with this. But apathy for your typical crap is at an all-time high. Look at your comments on every post in the last few days. Few to none.

People actually care about this stuff you posted here. If you would stop cheering on government and speak out against it now and then, you'd have more interest.

  15. I say about a hundred of us go to Liberty Memorial with cameras and, in unison, turn toward the Federal Reserve building... let them try to convince a judge that we're ALL terrorists. This is silly over-reaction by faux cops.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Give me a break - these people are looney conspiracy theorists. All they had to do was make a phone call to get permission to film and they would have been left alone. The guards were just doing their job and they were not "harassing" anyone.

This is just like anyone who complains about red-light cameras limiting their "right" to break the law by ignoring traffic rules and endangering everyone around them.

  18. anon 9:51 excellent post. anon 10:25 you are jerk.

Our rights are being eroded away little by little. People care about there freedoms and there are a lot of people waking up to this.

    ReplyDelete
  19. It's amazing how much people will defend their "right" to be enslaved.

    ReplyDelete
  20. The guys in this video ate conspiracy nutjob d-bags. Had they simply answered the questions they were asked the probably would have been left alone. The video reeks of intentional escalation just so they would get something to film.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Why do they have to tell anyone who they are. One guy did give his name, he was told to leave anyway.

Our rights are being lost every day. Often people line up to give them away. So now you can't photograph this or that. Maybe tomorrow you can't travel down this or that public street without permission. Soon you need permission to cross state lines. Yes that's taking it to an extreme, but it's not an impossibility. As we accept the small losses, they eventually become big ones.

  22. It looks like the conspiracy cabrons were right all along. America appears to be on the verge of being subsumed by some kind of world government under the guise of standardizing banking and trade.

It is just the oldest story line in the history of humanity: world conquest. Why is it so hard to believe that there are people who actually want to control world markets and more?

This is how LEOs are being trained to treat all Americans. The MIAC report and other leaked reports all reveal this. But the American people pose no threat to America - to claim that we do is absurd. We only pose a threat to those who would take what little remains of our freedom.

It seems to me that the people running things are simply trying to criminalize dissent. I don't know whether it will work but it won't be pretty. The video shows how life works in a police state. I'm not surprised to see this type of "official" thuggery right here in KC.

Female officer: "So, we're just asking questions, and if you can't cooperate you need to leave." and later "And because you're not cooperating you need to go ahead and leave."

She also says something about "guilt by association" when explaining why the other dude had to leave the park.

    That isn't freedom.

I wish that those guys would have stood their ground and gotten arrested and charged with some nonsense. I would have been more than happy to defend them for free. The case would have been a public relations nightmare for those two with the badges and the very private "Federal" Reserve.

  23. I don't buy it. I've been in the FED building on several occassions and the guards uniforms are completetly different. This whole thing is fishy.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Tony,

I used to work at the Fed. It's a shame what they're doing. The "protection officers" are nothing more than glorified securityi officers. Yes, they are doing a good job for the Fed, but no one is trying to rob the bank. There are too many controls in place. Heck, they've had more issues with people on the inside trying to steal from Cash Services than people from the outside trying to get in.

Nevertheless, it's a good video and I'll be sure to spread the word.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Fed is the same as any other public building (even though its private). You can't stand around outside scoping windows, doors, support columns, structural weak-points *get my point* Federal Reserve is guarded by the same federal agency that guards Bannister. A directive has been in place since 2001 that means if someone looks suspicious and they are scoping out a building, check em out. Get over it, we lost our rights when we the towers fell. Its a new world now.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Anon @ 5:56, I hope you are being sarcastic.

There's nothing wrong with checking someone out. There is something very wrong with telling them to leave a public park because they won't answer questions.

    ReplyDelete
  27. we need to all run down there at the same time with our cameras and just tape away. we could arrange it here. it'd be great. we could phone the media to show, too.

    ReplyDelete
  28. In any Kansas City park you need permission for photo shoots, Liberty Memorial is no different. It is still unclear where these guards were even from.

    ReplyDelete
  29. No you don't. It is unconstitutional to arbitrarily invent these rules.

Do you seriously expect people to believe that they need permission to take a photo of their children at The Park. These were not people doing a "photo shoot" they were citizen journalists. This act of thuggery was enforced on the citizenry with no cause.

    ReplyDelete

  32. I don't care what they were or weren't, 9:02, there isn't a cop anywhere in America has the power to nullify the 5th Amendment. Sometimes people forget that the government doesn't have any rights, we the people have all the rights.

    ReplyDelete
  33. - there isn't a cop anywhere in America has the power to nullify the 5th Amendment. -

Lance, don't you mean the 1st and 4th amendments? Did the school bus not come to your trailer park after 8th grade?

    ReplyDelete
  34. I'll spell it out for you: The 5th Amendment codifies the principle that government may not force a suspect to make any statements. Since the LEOs at Liberty Memorial think they have the power to force people to answer questions, they are obviously unaware of this important legal concept.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Lance, nobody has been able to prove that these "officers" were anything but actors dressed up in costumes to participate in a staged video.
And I'll quote it for you:
1st Amendment-Congress shall make no law . . . ; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble
4th Amendment-. . . The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause. . .

You're kind of jumping the gun quoting the Fifth amendment here. This was all covered in 8th grade. Really.

    ReplyDelete
  36. It's a fake? Then the burden of proof is on you to support your conspiracy theory.

Not sure why you're so full of hostility, but GLWT.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I don't know Lance (good porn star name!) but you NWO guys are all the same-you simply don't have enough going on in your lives (except for Warcraft marathons) so you jump on these theories all the time.

Go fuck yourself. Why the hell should I have to stroke the ego of a low level buracrat. To take a photo of a public building? Ask permission? Are you insane or just a state flunky? You must work for a government agency to be this stupid.
