Just because you don't care for the music doesn't make them panhandlers. This type of drumming is fairly common in bigger cities and takes a lot more skill than I could muster up.
I quite enjoy these guys. Yeah, on a certain level they're panhandlers, but I don't begrudge them. I think they provide a legitimate, if fairly intangible service; if nothing else, they help add some energy to the Plaza's sterile commercial milieu.
That's just fucking awful.
