A fact highlighted by Red State Kansas should take a bit of fun Obama Savior hero worship:
The iconic Obama picture that inspired many was taken during a moving speech by Kansas Senator Sam Brownback in 2006 regarding the situation in Darfur.
And here I thought he was just thinking about having a cigarette.
