Word is the Dress Code Ordinance was delayed today. They're going to table the issue for a week.
Apparently, THEY (the City Planning and Zoning Committee) want some businesses like fancy restaurants to have a right to refuse service the average Kansas City d-bag (like myself) who NEVER takes off their baseball cap even in a 4 star restaurant . . . While still doing their best to fight garbage like the discriminatory dress code.
TKC SOLUTION: All females in Kansas City eating and drinking establishments should be required to look and dress like Danneel Harris in a recent bikini clad Maxim photoshoot. In other words, the only City Reg that really applies (to women only) is (as always): NO FATTIES!!!

ReplyDeleteThe thugs and crotch grabbers will delight in killing the P&L District. The Council will pay the price at the polls. Cordish will be the next version of Enterprise RAC. They'll throw the pub re how the Council killed the district just as Enterprise stuck the Rental Car tax at the last council. Last time the Council built the arena on the car renters back now they'll kill the P&L on Cordish's. It won't go unnoticed or well reported. There'll be huge reporting on how the atmosphere changed overnight and the numbers tanked. Even McClatchy will not be able to hide from it.
