Read the story not Tony's sensationalized headline. This isn't what you think. It is not like people suing gun makers just because they made the gun.
ReplyDeleteThe victim's family is suing because the store didn't catch that he was buying the bullets using a stolen credit card belonging to his first victim, a woman named Patricia that he beat to death days earlier when he is clearly a man.

I heard it had something to do with an off duty KCMO Police officer who was working without permission at the Mall when it happened. She hid so she would not jeopardize her job rather than take down the shooter.
