Imitation and flattery: TIPS Hotline wants to be more like Alonzo Washington

The local TIPS hotline is attempting to take their message to the Internets and hopefully earn a few tips online . . . It's a good move but something that local activist and blogger Alonzo Washington thought of years ago with a great deal of success.
