Nick Sloan cites all of the broken promises regarding the place and then notes that that Kansas City's multi-million dollar downtown arena is actually losing tenants . . . Even worse, the new year isn't looking that great for the place given the horrible economy and the fact that Britney is one of the biggest acts soon to be appearing and dependent on her diet.
