Kansas City Blogosphere Contemplates Cashill's Obama Accusations

Jack Cashill is Kansas City's lame excuse for a conservative thinker.

His most recent accusation: Domestic terrorist William Ayers was really the guy who really wrote Obama's books.

Despite the fact that I find it pretty easy to ignore insane claims that can't be proven and are mostly unfounded . . . The local Internets is giving Cashill's accusations a bit of attention:

  • Bottomline Communications: "If Cashill is correct he could sway the entire presidential election. If he is wrong his reputation could be forever tarnished."

  • A question from SOTL: "I honestly have to ask: Jack, do you really believe this stuff? Surely it occurs to you at some point that you’re constructing some of the flimsiest arguments rhetoricians have ever seen? Or are you so deeply enmeshed in the world of right wing misinterpretation that you’re ready to impose your will and power on America, truth be damned?"

Still, these accusations should provide a bit of comfort for bloggers nervous about impending litigation heading their way given that Cashill has worked in big media for years as a writer for Ingram's and doing some hosting gigs for local talk radio . . . And obviously, nobody has managed put a stop to that guy's nonsense . . . Not even the scary Obama Truth Squads.

    1. Jack does have a few crayons short of a box, but every now and again he gets one right.

Does that apply to this case? Maybe. Maybe not.

Go to his web site and rede his four part 'forensic literary analysis' to this idea of Ayers - the ghost writer.

Is it proof? Nope. But it's interesting.

Besides I'd rather have Cashill's way out there writing to ignore than Obama's truth squad hounds/justice dept. investigation/D.A. threats to while away my time.

    4. Cashill is wrong. He has lost his mind so many times. I can not give him the benefit of the doubt. Plus he is very annoying on a personal level.

    5. Yes, Cashill does occasionally "get one right."

I remember a piece he did many years ago, in a publication probably now defucnt, skewering the women of Mission Hills, and their vapid, insipid ways. I wish I had saved it, but just thinking of it makes me laugh.

He was spot on with that one. The women of Mission Hills ARE vapid and insipid, over tanned, over thin, over-wrought, narcisstic, insecure, over made-up, over coiffed, over dressed, over blonde and under intelligent, sexually repressed Stepford wives.

They'd give you a blow job except for 1) it would mess up their lipstick, and 2) they have no clue how to give one anyway.

How empty are their lives, having to continually stand in the shadow of their white WASPY husbands.

Don't they call those sort of women concubines, kept women, or hired whores?

    6. Despite the fact that I find it pretty easy to ignore insane claims that can't be proven and are mostly unfounded . This pretty much sums up just about all your posts, Tony.

And obviously, nobody has managed put a stop to that guy's nonsense . . . Not even the scary Obama Truth Squads. That's because it's true. B.O. (which is what Barry will be referred to from now on since his middle name is off limits (How gay is that)), couldn't write his way out of a wet paper bag. Hell, Tony can probably write a better book.
