The Star reports that Kansas City Councilwoman Cathy Jolly introduced an ordinance Thursday to strengthen the city’s ability to prosecute people who violate orders of protection in domestic violence situations.
This legislation makes a lot of sense and is a good move for Council lady Jolly.
In that same spirit, I wonder if there's anything the council can do about ex-girlfriends who regret getting married to a rich Asian dude and then find weird excuses to call but somehow refuses to have phone sex in the middle of the day, at lunch . . . Every dude has this problem, right?

This is the same kind of legislation that Jolly specialized in while a state rep. No one can criticize her for it.
