So does this let you know a little secret. The KCATA does not have any idea how to increase there ability to carry more people by adding a bus the next day after it records standing room only?
ReplyDeleteThe KCATA is run by a fool and has fools on the board who allow this type of inadequate leadership to continue. Councilman Ford is on the board and as usual does nothing.
And some people think that we should let them build and run Light Rail!!
