Kansas City blogger examines the cost of killing local dogs and a pricey City program

Personally, I could care less how many pit bulls or dangerous animals get killed in Kansas City but instead of criticising local blog "Toellner Tells It" for showing animals far more concern than he's ever demonstrated for the Eastside . . . I should point out that his cost-benefit analysis of Kansas City's spay/neuter program is insightful and contradicts a lot of reporting from The Star with independent information . . . The appropriate way to look at this issue is always from a financial perspective and if they could find a cheaper way to kill stray or dangerous mutts than that would be an improvement. And all of this makes me hungry for Korean BBQ.
