ReplyDeleteSo you want to treat him as a juvenile who must be released at 21? If a 13 year old kills, how violent will he be at 21? I would give you 10 to 1 odds he would kill again within a year of being released. I am sorry if he was abused, mislead whatever but if he is released in the next 25 years he will kill again. Why should society release someone who is almost certain to kill?
