Papa Keno's didn't pay taxes

Normally a local pizza place shutting down because it failed to pay taxes wouldn't really concern me much but I've been to Papa Keno's and it's actually pretty good . . . TKC observation: Downtown Overland Park is where dreams die. Or whatever.
