Thanks to Republican brilliance the minimum wage for the state of Kansas stays at $2.65 an hour . . . The lowest in the country and lower than the fed minimum wage, pretty much low enough to ensure the only people making that kind of cash will be illegal immigrants, but that's another discussion, right?
