Keeping more Kansans in prison and promoting the prison industrial complex

New legislation promises tougher "Three strikes" penalties. Meanwhile, there are more than 7 million people in jail representing 1 of every 32 adults in the United States.

    Maybe they should think about reinstating the death penalty.

    Of the 7 million , 4 million are illegal aliens.
