In addition to the overall lack of nutritional value, eating fast food on the Eastside is getting even more dangerous

Police think a group of serial robbers are taking down fast food joints on the Eastside.

Detectives believe a group of serial robbers is at work in Kansas City.

There's a pattern of three men using similar weapons and actions against at least three businesses, police said.

Police believe they held up the Wendy's at East Meyer Boulevard and Troost Avenue.

Also hit within the last week, police believe they've hit the Taco Bell on Independence Avenue and a beauty supply store at East 55th Street and The Paseo.

Even worse, they're wearing disguises. Unfortunately, there a little bit more serious than this guy who is always one of the first suspects that TKC always has in mind whenever there is a fast food robbery:



In any event be careful and watch your surroundings while ordering fast food. If you're lucky the cholesterol and Sodium nitrite will kill you before any armed gunman.
