I would say that a kerfuffle involving the Municipal Ethics Commisson was the end of Council Unity . . . However, it's Deb Herman who is raising questions about the involvement of staff members and an unnamed city council member (Terry Riley) in the competition for a document management contract on behalf of a company called Perfect Output . . . And Herman is nothing more than a member of the Northland Funky Bunch. Side note: TKC told everybody "they" were out to get Terry Riley . . . And speaking of ethics, any word on the missing 80k yet?

So Tony, are you saying it's okay for Wayne Cauthen and Terry Riley to squander KC tax payer's dollars? Why can't you see things for what they are instead of bringing race into the issue. Wayne Cauthen and Terry Riley have jumped in bed with Mr. Walker from Perfect Output to rip off Kansas City by millions (let me repeat that..millions) of dollars when another copier company would provide the exact same services for a fraction of that. Tony, did you know that the owner of Perfect Output (a black man) used to work for BlueCross BlueShield of Kansas City and was fired for making deals with KC council members for chosing BCBSKC as their health carrier. Why does everything have to do with color. These guys are big time crooks and Mark Funkhouser knows it. Why does everything have to be a race issue with you. Are you up in arms that a hipanic man got ousted by a black man (i.e. Amato and Smith). Amato is the scapegoat and is being forced out by black board members so they can put a black man back as superintenent. Get a frickin' clue dude. Yes, Wayne Cauthen should be let go. And if Terry Riley is apart of this crooked copier scandal then he should be gone as well. I hope the FBI investigations this city contracting issues and they all get hauled off to the pen.

I'm fine with ethics investigations as long as Johnson, Hermann and all of the other northlanders are willing to show and defend their inappropriate e-mails and phone calls to staff. The ethics commission could have a field day with Johnson. And everyone knows Hermann is the one who leaked the news about Stacia Johnson in an effort to give Cauthen a black eye.

ReplyDeleteAgain people are bringing race into a non race issue. It is about our tax dollars being spent inappropriately. Tony I live north of the river and am a minority and am fed up with those who continue to talk as if the northland is a separate entity and better off then any other area of the City. Believe it or not we are all in this Funkhouser, Gloria, Wayne, Perfect Output like dealings, the inapt council, and the short budget mess together.

im glad someone had the balls to go public on wc and riley. riley is just like wc its all about him and if the money there he going to get some, i hope the fbi and city audits riley to see where all this money went to including blue cross and blue shield that was also a big contract for riley and the rest of theeeeeeem
