Funky's impending light rail failure!!!
Apparently, KC's former top bean counter doesn't realize that there's a recession on and money is tight . . . Mayor Funky revealed his light rail plan today and it relies on everybody to pay higher taxes and the people of JoCo to welcome KC's urban dwellers (i.e. minorities) with open arms. I know Clay's plan was a pipe dream but this one seems equally flawed in that most people of JoCo would rather drown their children then give their tax money to KCMO. More on this later . . .

I like the KC Star proposal on lightrail and look, they didn't need 35 people to do it like Kansas City Task Force does.
I also like Clay's plan too. Look what it took for lightrail to pass. Nothing what the city did.
I don't understand why JOCO people wouldn't send money to KCMO. Maybe becuase of stuff like this:

I certainly want more black people in Johnson County.
I like the idea,it will never fly because JOCO wont go for it. Im tired of paying for shit I dont use. They can serve the same purpose with more express busses and for a whole lot less money.
The task force handed the light rail proposal in 35 mins then they got to a "way cool" discussion of Star Wars and how to score the max on Grand Theft Auto. Funk is so into the cool stuff.
