Community activist Ron McMillan was was treated to some major disrespect when he was arrested recently. The police believed the car he was driving was stolen, it belonged to him HOWEVER he did have one outstanding unpaid traffic ticket. Now, he's turning the experience into something that he hopes will facilitate better interaction between police and the community with a recent presentation in front of the Police board today.
