ReplyDeleteI cannot believe your condescending comment. If you are a 4th District PIAC rep, I hope you will take time to educate yourself about Kansas City issues (and grow a compassionate heart) prior to making any decisions about which neighborhoods will receive PIAC funding.
Additionally, this area is already under siege from another hotel/office development a block away at 45th and Main. There’s also a Homestead Inn mid block as well. 3 hotels in a block? Too much!
As to the TIF- how many hotel rooms are empty each night? How many downtown hotels are TIF’d and underperforming?
