A new(ish) way for environmentalists to hang themselves

I just found an interesting post about the Eco-Hanger, I had never heard of this thing but apparently it was introduced earlier this year. Props to J-Dub for the link.

Sadly, the hanger is typical of the ingenuity of "green" advocates. While it isn't as harmful to the environment as wire hangers . . . It looks flimsy, it's more expensive to produce, it has to be "ad supported" in order to make it to stores catering to eco-nuts and it's made of recycled paper so that your closet will most likely be akin to a tinderbox if you put all of your clothes on these things.
