People have more excuses when pulled over by cops.

I bet there are hungry lawyers pouncing of her door.
I wonder what her husband had to say about this.
Just a misunderstanding. The lady probably lives in Kansas City and the KCPD does not do felony stops. They only stop speeders who they know have money to pay the ticket.

I'm totally cool with people using my photos, ... but not without my permission. Hey, c'on they're not even great pics! You can probably take a better photo yourself. And then you can alter it all you want. Thanks, I appreciate your attention to this!
