The Call issues a "Community Alert" regarding the antics of Ward Connelly
From The Call: The Black community is being asked not to sign any petitions that pertains to putting an affirmative action issue on the next election ballot.
State Senator Rita Days, from St. Louis, Mo., said that it is her goal to make sure the measure does not get on the ballot.
“Since it is being pushed by a black man, Ward Connelly, it may appear to some people that it is okay because a black person would not do anything to hurt another black person,” said Sen. Days.
