TKC benefits from tragedy!!!

I want to thank everyone for their comments yesterday. The discussion was pretty enlightening, entertaining (at times) and one of the best responses I've ever had to almost anything I've written . . . Other than the one time Brittney Murphy called me to tell that she'd never even think of staring in a screenplay I had written in crayon while waiting at the Dentist's office . . . I think her reason was something regarding misogynist overtones but I don't remember because I was trying to rub one out while she was on the line. (True story)

Anyway, while you may not believe it and I really don't care what you believe . . . I enjoyed reading the comments.

There's no way I could follow yesterday's performance so I decided the best way to go was just thank everybody as quickly as possible and then get back to the grind.

Finally, I'd also like to thank James Hart over at Crime Scene KC for linking my humble little blog . . . Hart has been pretty kind to our local blogosphere over the weeks in which he's taken the helm at The Star's Crime blog and it's nice to see increased cooperation among all the blogs in this town . . . Truly, when bandwidth is so cheap and there is room for almost every voice given the Internet dynamics of the long tail . . . Collaboration, links, a small sense of community is what's needed to see the local blogosphere flourish and draw people in to what may be the last free speech zone on the planet. That's why I like talking about blogging on KMBZ and that's why . . . Even though I'll probably always have my differences with The Star . . . It's great to see big media noting that blogs aren't mere competition but really a way to keep the conversation going and offer a limitless supply of perspectives.

It's too bad that I have nothing serious to contribute.

Note to all the other anonymous posters who think Tony is a racist sexist bigoted jackass loser whose mom should grow a brain and kick him out of her basement and whose girlfriend should grow some self-esteem and dump him: please join me in pledging to never again comment on this blog. See above. He loves it. He feeds off of it. I, for one, am going to STOP commenting on his insignificant drivel. I hope you all will too.
