2 year-old killed after drive by in KCK

Maybe this story seems even more tragic to me because the victim looks like my sister when she was a kid.

And then I realize there there doesn't need to be any additional reason why it's so horribly tragic and depressing that a two year-old was the innocent victim of a drive-by shooting.
