For my money . . . This is not quite the endorsement you want for your local bank. Also, I love these kind of posts . . . Bloggers strike back, customer service will never be the same again . . . Now I only hope that companies will be a little bit more lenient on their employees when they complain about customers. It's all good, until it isn't.
