NKC hates Irish people (and drunks -- Same thing? You decide!)

In order to make sure that the Snake Saturday parade is no fun, the City Council this week approved an open container law that prohibits people from possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public. The city already has a ban on public drinking. Violators can be cited, fined as much as $500 or arrested.
