Art school rendering of abstract notions

Local art school students are going to save the planet rather than work on doing anything useful with their degree that doesn't involve making sure that all the colors look good in local advertisements for a buffets and used cars. Put simply, a career in art and hopeless environmental causes go hand in hand according to a recent news item about the latest bad art school project.

To wit, the Star reports that The Kansas City Art Institute and partners will install a rain garden half a football field long in the southwest corner of Frank A. Theis Park, near Volker Boulevard and Oak Street.

If art school students are going to be involved, I'm sure the thing will be very creative. Maybe the project will be nearly as creative as our Mayor dodging issues regarding crime and KC neighborhoods in favor of addressing environmental issues to half-wits that will clap for anything that will stop people from enjoying their cars or their lives.
