Overland Park teens face battery charges for allegedly throwing a snowball at a city worker: "I had no idea throwing a snowball was going to jeopardize my life." Also, life in the Johnson County is actually this stupid. Nobody messes with KCMO public works people because it's not nice to disturb folks when they're sleeping.
