Indian (Springs) Resurrection

Folks who are much smarter than me are planning on spending $260 million to develop in and around the old, desolate Indian Springs Shopping Mall. $70 mil cold come from TIF financing alone . . . At this stage of the grand scheme they're attempting to get the thoughts of the public in an upcoming pow-wow.

As usual, I don't have anything intelligent to contribute but I wonder if anybody in the planning stages has asked if a slew of minority kids aimlessly hanging around will kill Indian Springs this time around, since that was pretty much what led to the demise of the place the first time. (Note: Some of that took place when I was a pre-teen and I have to admit it was fun)
