Getting better all the time and never

You tell me if it's progress . . . Still not much evidence that local police have been able to garner cooperation from the community in their fight against crime but they're getting better at putting Black people in jail as recent reports indicate police solved more homicides in KC in 2006 . . . Not that the fact that more killers are off the street isn't a good thing but getting at the root causes of crime (poverty, penis envy, cRap music, video games and girlfriends) could probably only help in preventing those homicides in the first place.
