A first-grade teacher has been accused of choking a pupil at Border Star Montessori School, the Kansas City School District said Monday. Obviously, I'm not a fan of choking little kids but I'm intrigued by the notion of using physical violence in order to "teach a lesson" so I can only hope that administrators and school board members also get some of the same treatment offered to their students for their repeated failures.
