I think this is a great sign. Too many people are getting locked up over false accusations. Just so someone else can get a lesser jail sentence. GO MR.GONZALES SUPPORT THE FEDERAL PAROLE BILL
When are people going to realize that going to court is not like going to the principal's office. I doubt Mr. Gonzales' son was sent away for 15 years on another criminal's word alone. You can't go to prison simply b/c someone says you did something. A prosecutor needs more evidence than some criminal's word. Actually - another criminal's word might be the weakest part of the prosecution's case b/c juries tend to be distrustful of criminals. Remeber - "beyond a reasonable doubt" is the standard for a criminal prosecution of secure a conviction. Come on Mr. Gonzales - I believe you just as much as the freesteve.org people.
There are people out here that are wrongfully covicted like steve, and that reasonable doubt, bull, that's what it is bull, because if that was the case, we would be face to face withour loved one steve, so no evidence, no dna, reasonable doubt all through the course of the trial, but still got a conviction, jurors are people too, they can be manipulated and they can and will prejudge someone before the know their side, and once their mond is made up it's made up. It's sad that we rely on unskilled jurors that the courts pull off the strret to determine a person's future... For you all that think that everyone in jail is guilty, you need to open your eyes and do your research before you think about putting you degrading comments on this board.. Because believe me you will see steve again, and not the steve that he prosecutor portray him to be... Have a blessed and prosperous day...
