Please God, don't let it snow

Mark Funkhouser weighs in on the fact that KC basically no longer has a budget for snow removal. So here's hoping that Al Gore was right about that Global Warming thing.

    Tony,

    Can you explain to us why you don't like Funkhouser? It sounds like he did the right thing as auditor. He gave recommendations that would help the city. I mean the city auditor doesn't have the power to force his ideas to be used.
