Here's the guy that was arrested in the local baby stabbing case. A few reports indicate that the dude is mentally challenged (obviously) so I'm not gonna make fun but the photo does a good job of illustrating the human tragedy of this car accident of a case/story/crime and I can't look away.
He needs to put on his helmet. I'd make fun of the photo. Next year, he should get that cosmic background for his pictures.
