LT far better than LJ as Chiefs give FU to Lamar Hunt's memory

Watching LaDainian Tomlinson run 85 yards into the end zone nearly untouched, it was easy to see that the Chiefs were outclassed as is nearly always the case during the final games of the season. The LH sticker on the back of the team's helmet should have simply been substituted for a giant L above their face mask.

This one wasn't even close so I don't wanna waste much time writing about it. However, it's worth mentioning that the NFL engaged in nearly as much hero worship as KC with their tributes to the late billionaire owner of the Chiefs. Still, it made more sense for the football guys to pay their respects given how much loot they owe to the guy . . . But I can't understand why people from KC are so sad, given the fact that they'll be paying Lamar's family every time they buy something in the city limits for the next generation. Eh, I'm getting tired of beating a dead Hunt horse.

So now the Chiefs need nearly every other team in the AFC to die in a plane crash in order to make the playoffs and the remaining games this year will be used only to drum up demand for next year's silly season ticket holders and also to make sure the team is out of decent draft position.

On a final note, Trent Green is too old, feeble and scared to play quarterback in the NFL; he was nearly as incompetent as the Chargers QB only with a weaker arm. The team needs think about drafting another quarterback for next season AND thinking up a way to fire Carl Peterson since it's obviously his management that has found this team impotent and ineffectual at the end of every season for the past decade.
