Legislative logrolling is worse than lap dances

Thing is, when strippers try to con you it's almost endearing. However, legislators trying to mislabel and misrepresent their intentions in order to railroad their political aims past everyone isn't as cute given that politicos aren't much to look at . . . Therefore, I'm glad to see that the government won't soon be getting in the way of local skanks getting their grind on.

The Missouri Supreme Court struck down a state law Tuesday barring nude dancing and touching between strippers and customers.

Because of the bill's unconstitutional title change, the court's unanimous ruling said it did not need to address the broader policy question of whether the restrictions infringe on free-speech rights.

Also, I have no idea about the priorities of the Christian right in this state but I think that the potholes that make Missouri's roads the worst in the nation are a little bit more important than the hoes who make traveling on I-70 just a little more entertaining.
