Here's where everybody in the County says it was Kathryn's fault and they were just taking orders

The "just following orders" excuse didn't work for the Nazis so I hope that voters hold all of the incumbents at the County responsible for the $6.2 million dollar deficit. They're going to have to cut the budget 5 to 7% in order to get it balanced or maybe just the lack of parties and paintings in honor of Kathryn Shields will make up for it.
