They gave and now it hurts . . . Still, The Federal Election Commission on Wednesday fined Freedom Inc., the Kansas City political club, $45,000 for its involvement in Emanuel Cleaver's 2004 race for Congress . . . It's a pretty bad mark for a politico but hopefully Cleaver can get himself and his suporters clean again with a visit to his old car wash.
